Information for Exhibitors

We are once again offering a small trade show with our conference.

Costs for exhibit booths are:

  • $1,550 for RCA members ($1,825 for non-members); includes full conference registration and meals for one person
  • Reduced early-bird registration rates available until August 20, 2021
  • Register Today!

Each 8′ x 6′ booth spaces includes one draped table and two chairs.

Electricity, shipping, and other requirements need to be arranged with GES. Download the GES order form here (note that the electrical is discounted if ordered by Sept. 13th).

Exhibitors can start setting up their booths on Wednesday, September 29th, starting at 10:30 am. Exhibit viewing is scheduled with the refreshment breaks in-between conference sessions, and as further shown in the program. Exhibit tear-down starts at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 1.
